"La storia di Poldo e Gianna Osteria nasce negli anni '90 con i miei nonni, il ricordo di nonna Gianna in cucina e nonno Poldo fra i tavoli è ancora vivo. Oggi siamo io e mio padre Nicola a portare avanti la tradizione. Nel gennaio 2016 abbiamo aperto le porte di "Poldo e Gianna Osteria", proprio nel cuore di Roma, in un vicolo.
