Lightly toast the bread. It should be soft. Add a few tablespoons of cranberry sauce on one side and mayonnaise on the other slice. Top the sliced turkey and cheese on the cran sauce. Place the lettuce leave on top of the mayo. Close the sandwich, press down a little to compress and enjoy!

Make the herbed cream cheese. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, minced chives, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Assemble the sandwiches. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Top half of them with a slice of havarti cheese, lettuce, sliced turkey, and cranberry sauce. Top with the other slice of bread.

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and melt 1/2 a teaspoon of butter in it. Place sandwich on the melted butter and butter the top half.
